How to Get Locked Out of Your Vehicle (Video)
Posted by Business Insider on Friday, March 13, 2019 06:12:08You’ve got a big problem with a car lock.
You can’t get in unless the owner is present, and it’s easy to lose your keys if the car is locked.
A locksmith can help you with that problem.
This video explains how.
It’s called a car lockscreen, and its pretty simple: a screen with the number and letters of the lock, along with a message explaining the lock is locked and the owner must enter a code.
If you see the message “The vehicle has been locked,” it means the owner needs to unlock the vehicle.
If it says “The key has been given to a friend or relative,” it’s an invitation to unlock that car.
The friend or family member could be a friend, a relative, or a trusted relative.
If the message says “A person who has been driving the vehicle for several days is present,” that means that the owner has to get the keys out of the car.
You don’t have to go into the car and unlock the door first.
This type of message is commonly seen in vehicles equipped with the “vehicle lockscreen” feature.
It will appear on the screen and show the number of locks in the vehicle, the number that needs to be unlocked and the number you need to enter to get in.
You should always read the messages before entering the code.
If you can’t enter the code, you’ll get a message saying you can.
If someone is trying to get into the vehicle without you, they can find out the lock number and the code you need by watching the screen.
If the screen says “Someone else is attempting to enter,” you need only enter the number.
If a car is being towed, it will show you the vehicle number, the lock and the time of day.
You can also use your smartphone to locate the vehicle and unlock it.
